Stars tutorial

i'm reluctant to call this a "starfield tutorial" since it can be applicable for just simple stars. This is less a tutorial than it is a general guide for the techniques of making stars. this is the way i do it, slightly adapted from *DKF's method. Anyway, i hope some people find it useful.
