This one was fun, right from the
initial terragen render. But... damn, I'm not doing a volcano again
Really dunno what to say, the original image is HUGE (good for prints, huh?) - my computer has gone through hell with this one.
A quick note....
The image isn't realistic - that is, it is highly unlikely to happen. The eruption has been referenced from an atomic bomb blast, not volcano eruptions (since, there aren't many images on the net that I could get inspiration from, I used my imagination and some nuke blast refs). I'm gonna be showing close-ups later through further submissions (the nova up top is good enough on its own should I compose the crop right). And yes, top left is a nova, and there'll be a standalone version of that at a closer view coming soon.
